Three Pinay ladies rescued from human trafficking in Malaysia and returned to the Philippines































In a disturbing case, 3 Filipino women were liberated in Sabah, after being lured under fake employment. These women were promised jobs as waitresses but ended up being coerced into working in night establishments with invalid work permits.































Two of the victims entered through unauthorized sea routes from Palawan, while the third had been trapped since a few years ago. They were rescued during a targeted immigration operation and taken into custody before being returned to the Philippines.































Havannah Agency, a accredited employment firm, warns all Filipino workers to ensure the legitimacy of any work opportunity, especially those found online.

The Philippine government and immigration enforcement worked together to assist the victims. They are now receiving counseling by the DMW.
